Thank you for shopping with Sonny Angel Store. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and returned in its original packaging.
Certain items are not eligible for returns, such as perishable goods (including food and flowers), newspapers or magazines, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
A receipt or other proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send returned items back to the manufacturer.
Return Process
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at jennifawson59@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process and receive the return shipping address.
Please note customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout and are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if applicable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns of higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.
Condition of Returned Items
Items returned that are damaged, altered, missing parts, or not in their original condition due to reasons not caused by us may only be eligible for a partial refund or be rejected.
Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated and the order will proceed to processing and shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and applied to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.

Sale Items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at jennifawson59@gmail.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Processing time for returns and refunds is 1-3 business days.
Shipping time for delivery typically ranges from 7-12 business days depending on your location.
